Job Title: Night Shift Maintenance Engineer Electrical Bias
Location: Stafford
Hours: Monday Thursday: 22 00, Friday: 18 00
Start Date: ASAP

Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer looking to take on a night shift role in a dynamic and supportive environment? We're searching for a reliable and skilled Electrical Engineer to carry out both planned and reactive maintenance during night hours, ensuring all building and production systems are running smoothly.

This is the perfect opportunity for a proactive Electrical Engineer with strong diagnostic skills and a passion for keeping systems safe and efficient overnight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and reactive maintenance on electrical plant, buildings, and production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair a variety of electrical faults and systems
• Operate as one of two Electrical Engineers on the night shift team
• Adhere to Method Statements and Risk Assessments to maintain a safe working environment
• Maintain accurate records including shift handovers and client reporting tools
• Identify potential hazards and escalate any issues appropriately

What We re Looking For:

• Proven track record as an Electrical Engineer, with strong experience in preventative and reactive maintenance
• Comfortable working at height and ideally experienced with crane systems
• A true team player who is happy working nights on a regular basis
• Confident in interpreting technical information and following health and safety procedures
• Great attention to detail and excellent fault-finding abilities
• Desirable: additional multi-skilled knowledge (mechanical, water hygiene, fabric maintenance, etc.), plus certifications like IPAF, Legionella Awareness, and formal H&S training
