We're partnering with a worldwide recognised engineering consultancy seeking an experienced Electrical Director to lead their London electrical division. This is a senior, high-profile role for someone with a strong track record in delivering large-scale commercial and residential projects.

The Role

As Electrical Director, you will:

Take full ownership of the London electrical division, including budget responsibility, ensuring strong financial performance alongside technical excellence
Lead project delivery across the division, managing budgets, resources, and operational risk
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of electrical engineers
Develop and maintain key client and stakeholder relationships, acting as the primary contact for major projects
Drive business development initiatives, winning new work and expanding the division's market presence
Shape the strategic direction, operational efficiency, and long-term growth of the division
