Qualifications

• Passionate about coaching and developing others.
• Experience with electrical certification schemes like IECQ, ENEC, CCA, or IECEE CB Scheme.
• Familiarity with ISO 17025 and ISO Guide 65.

• Manage the delivery of client projects to high quality.
• Continually improve processes to enhance certification services.
• Monitor client satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.
• Contribute to section budgets and forecasts.
• Develop and grow the section's business.
