Overview

My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Electrical Biased Engineer for a temporary position in Reading, lasting a minimum of 3 months.

The role involves ensuring that all maintenance tasks are executed efficiently, adhering to the technical, safety, health, environmental, and operational quality standards.

This role is paying up to £28 per hour Umbrella.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks and responsive repairs on electrical systems, lighting, and power within the facility.
  • Perform weekly fire alarm checks to ensure systems are fully operational.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate logbooks of all maintenance activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure maintenance tasks are completed effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all safety procedures are followed and report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
  • Support the maintenance of documentation and assist in compiling reports as required.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
  • Experience in maintenance of electrical systems, lighting, and power distribution.
