Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Elective Bookings Officer to join the Surgery Waiting List Bookings Team at Frimley Park Hospital. This role is based at Albany Park. The post holder will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to booking and rescheduling inpatient procedures. The successful candidate will be expected to work both independently and collaboratively within the team.

Main duties of the job

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with confidence in handling both internal and external telephone enquiries.
  • Have a flexible and proactive approach to work, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Show strong attention to detail, particularly in the accurate collection and recording of data.
  • Understand the importance of meeting local and national targets and contribute positively to achieving them.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience within the Elective Bookings Team, working at Band 3 as part of a supportive and dynamic department.
