We’re looking for an experienced Digital Learning Specialist to join a major financial services project. This role is all about re‑developing and enhancing digital learning materials to support the rollout and adoption of a new eDiscovery tool.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Re‑design existing eLearning modules for better usability and engagement.
• Create assessments and refresher courses to ensure compliance and capability.
• Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, and technical teams to deliver accurate, accessible content.
• Maintain version control and support compliance reporting.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience across the full digital learning lifecycle.
• Strong background in technical / compliance-focused eLearning.
• Ability to turn complex processes into clear, engaging learning experiences.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and tools like Articulate is a plus.
