An educational institution in Surrey is seeking an Annual Review Officer to implement and manage the annual review process for students. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) practitioner, strong communication skills, and empathy for students with learning difficulties. This is a fixed-term role, with training provided and a range of employee benefits including access to on-site facilities. The role is based on-site and terminates on 31/08/2026.

Main responsibilities of the Annual Review Officer:
The Annual Review officer will be an experienced SEN practitioner who is enthusiastic and committed to helping students develop skills and grow their independence. Additionally, you'll be an effective communicator, able to work well in a team and have understanding and empathy with students who have learning difficulties, are disaffected or have other behavioural problems. Training for this role will be provided.
Nescot is graded Good by Ofsted following its latest inspection in January 2023. Inspectors rated the College as Good in all 8 aspects.
