A leading educational institution in Abingdon seeks an EHCP Coordinator to manage Education, Health & Care Plans for young people with special educational needs. The role involves liaising with students, families, and agencies ensuring tailored support. Salary: £38,248 – £39,751 per annum
Hours per week: 37 hours (Monday‑Thursday 7.5 h, Friday 7 h)

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Education, Health & Care Plan (EHCP) Coordinator to join our inclusive learning support team and help shape brighter futures for young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). As EHCP Coordinator, you will be the key point of contact for coordinating, reviewing, and implementing Education, Health & Care Plans across the college. You will work closely with students, families, teaching staff, and external agencies to ensure all young people receive the tailored support they need to make good progress and reach their full potential.
