Overview

Our local authority client, based in Central London, is looking to appoint an experienced Environmental Health Housing Officer to join their team at the beginning of October. This role requires someone with the following:



  • Experience of residential property inspection

  • Experience of enforcement using the Housing Act 2004

  • Experience in preparing civil penalty notices

  • Experience in inspection and enforcement of Management of Houses in Multiple Occupation Regulations 2006


This role requires someone who is at the very least HHSRS qualified; experience within EH Housing is also essential.


This contract is due to start ASAP and will continue for 3 months (initially). This is a full-time post that offers at least 2 days from home.
