Overview

Days 1-30: Step confidently into classrooms, follow routines, and make a strong first impression.

By 60 Days: Become a trusted cover supervisor, confident across year groups and requested back by schools.

By 90 Days: Establish yourself as a go-to cover supervisor in your area, leading lessons independently and building your reputation.

We are seeking confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to support students across our partner secondary schools in Winchester. If you have a positive attitude, strong presence, and the ability to engage young people, we would love to hear from you. No previous classroom experience? That is not a problem—we will provide the tools and training you need to get started.

We are particularly keen to hear from:

• Sports graduates (or those with a related degree)
