Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT technical support with a strong customer service focus.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with users at all levels.
• Physically able to move and install IT equipment when required.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone, remote, and on-site IT support to staff and students.
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot core IT systems.
• Deliver user training on new systems.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation.
• Lead IT projects, including planning and implementation.
