Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) eager to build experience, grow in confidence, and explore a variety of primary school settings? Whether you re beginning your ECT journey or looking to broaden your skill set across different year groups, we have exciting opportunities across Rugby and the surrounding area.

Link3 Recruitment are seeking enthusiastic and committed ECT Primary Teachers to join our team, offering roles that range from day-to-day supply to short-term and long-term contracts. These opportunities provide valuable classroom experience while supporting you through a structured induction programme.

What You ll Be Doing:
  • Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons tailored to pupils needs
  • Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment
  • Assessing and tracking student progress to support achievement
  • Collaborating with school staff, including participating in team meetings and contributing to whole-school initiatives
  • Taking part in ongoing professional development sessions
  • Completing a full ECT induction programme with dedicated mentorship, regular progress reviews, and formal assessments against the Teachers Standards
What We re Looking For:
  • Qualified Primary ECT (or soon to be)
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to nurturing pupil development
