Job summary

Qualifications

• Level 5 qualification preferred in Early Years.
• Teaching and assessing experience required in childcare sector.
• Confident presenter capable of engaging learners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct learner interviews, induction, and enrolment.
• Deliver Early Years programmes and assess learner work.
• Manage a caseload of learners providing tailored coaching.
• Ensure safeguarding and welfare of learners.
