Protocol Education is working with a vibrant and welcoming nursery and pre-school in the Lytham St Annes area to appoint an experienced Early Years Practitioner.

The role:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll be working alongside the Nursery Manager, Deputy, and wider team to create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for young children. You’ll play a key part in promoting activities that support emotional, social, physical, and intellectual development, while also providing valuable support to colleagues.
Requirements:
Minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification
At least 2 years’ experience in an early years setting
A nurturing, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to supporting young children
Strong teamwork and communication skills
