Early Years Practitioner – Nursery & Pre-School

Location: Lytham St Annes
Salary: £28,936 per annum
️ Hours: Full-time, 40 per week, all year round
Holidays: 26 days + bank holidays

Protocol Education is working with a vibrant and welcoming nursery and pre-school in the Lytham St Annes area to appoint an experienced Early Years Practitioner.

The role:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll be working alongside the Nursery Manager, Deputy, and wider team to create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for young children. You’ll play a key part in promoting activities that support emotional, social, physical, and intellectual development, while also providing valuable support to colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification

  • At least 2 years’ experience in an early years setting

  • A nurturing, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to supporting young children

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
