What You\'ll Do

As a key member of the nursery team, you\'ll help create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment where children from birth to five can learn, grow, and thrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and leading fun, educational activities that support physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Building strong relationships with children, their families, and your colleagues.
  • Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment, prioritizing the wellbeing of every child.
  • Observing and tracking each child\'s individual learning journey and development.
  • Collaborating with your team to foster a warm, inclusive, and positive atmosphere.
What We\'re Looking For
  • A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in childcare.
  • A solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Experience working with young children in a nursery or similar setting.
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or a willingness to obtain one.
