We are looking for Early Years Practitioners and Apprentices to join our team and provide quality care and experiences to children aged 0-5. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering age-appropriate experiences, ensuring the safety of the children in their care, and providing a stimulating learning environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of child development. Nursery Apprentices will be supported through training to learn and develop these skills and qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with children and their families
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate experiences for children
  • Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play
  • Observe, assess, and record children's development
  • Provide guidance and support to parents and children
  • Maintain records of children's progress and development
  • Ensure that all safety regulations are followed
  • Plan and organise activities that promote the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children
  • Work together as part of a team
