A reputable childcare organization in Greater London is offering a Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship. This full-time role includes working directly with children, providing stimulating activities, and receiving support from experienced coaches. Ideal candidates will have GCSEs in Maths and English, a passion for childcare, and commitment to professional development. The apprenticeship lasts 14 months, positioning you for future teacher or management roles in childcare or primary education.

Apprenticeship will last for 14 months. You will be supported by Lead Support Coaches throughout your Apprenticeship, as well as a mentor within the nursery. You will be working full time in the nursery. Your classroom days will be based online as a remote session, which you will need to be fully available for, and your main childcare apprenticeship work will be done in a nursery local to you.
You will have Maths and English GCSE at Grade 4 or above or equivalent Functional Skills Level 2 and be living in the UK for a minimum of 3 years in order to be eligible.
