We’re currently working with a fantastic nursery setting in Aldershot that’s looking to welcome a caring, committed, and enthusiastic Early Years Educator—whether you’re just starting out or already qualified.

The Nursery cares for children aged 0–4 years and prides itself on creating a warm, nurturing, and fun learning environment. The team is passionate about giving every child the best start in life—and they’re looking for someone who shares that vision.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting a welcoming, safe, and stimulating environment for little ones
• Building strong, caring relationships with children and their families
• Taking on keyworker responsibilities and supporting children’s individual development
• Working with an experienced and friendly team to keep standards high
• Planning fun and engaging activities around the children’s interests
• Observing, recording, and sharing children’s progress with parents and carers

Could this be you?

• Experience in an Early Years setting (essential)
• Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (preferred, but we’d still love to hear from you if you’re unqualified but passionate!)
• A team player with great communication skills
• A positive, flexible attitude and a genuine love for working with children
