Pay: £30.00 per hour

About Us:

At High Impact Academic Coaching, we specialise in providing targeted academic support to students who thrive with a more personalised, flexible approach. Working primarily with students who face barriers to mainstream education, our coaching focuses not only on core subjects, but also on building confidence, engagement, and long-term success.

We're currently expanding our team and are looking for an experienced, passionate tutor who want to make a real difference. We are working with a student at a KS1 and if you have the skills to support with vocabulary development, fine motor skills, or SEND needs, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

As a self-employed tutor, you will:

  • Deliver 1:1 sessions, usually in person
  • Support a student moving into KS1
  • Tailor sessions to individual learning needs and styles
  • Submit brief session feedback and track student progress
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with High Impact Academic Coaching's coordination team

  • Individuals with a calm, patient, and supportive approach
  • Confident, self-motivated professionals who can work independently
  • A genuine passion for helping young people succeed
  • A clear enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
You Will Need
  • Access to your own transport (sessions are delivered face-to-face in the community or in homes)
  • Flexibility during school hours or after school (we work with your availability)
  • To be registered as self-employed (you'll invoice monthly for hours worked)
