The Oxford Early Intervention Service is a friendly, supportive team with excellent staff retention. We offer specialist training, regular supervision (including behavioural family therapy), and reduced caseloads for keyworkers to ensure high-quality care.
This role can be challenging, supporting people at sensitive points in their lives, but it's highly rewarding--you'll make a real difference with the backing of a motivated MDT. We hold weekly team meetings, focus on evidence-based interventions, and work closely with families, carers, and partner services.
We value team wellbeing with shared lunches and a positive culture. You'll also have opportunities to contribute to research and quality improvement projects. The team enjoys hosting students and consistently receives positive feedback.
Essential: Ability to travel for work (UK driving licence and access to a car required).
You will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to plan and implement intervention specific to the needs of patients and their carers. This includes attending weekly MDT meetings.
