Job description

Are you an experienced EA who loves being a pivotal member of the team in a highly dynamic environment? If so, this high-profile boutique Private Equity firm is shaping the future, not just within London, but globally.

You will join a team of supportive and highly collaborative EAs who genuinely look out for each other. The team is high performing and trailblazing, supporting up to three, but principally one senior Partner. This is a fast-changing environment, so you will need to be a diary ninja, pre-empt changes, and stay one step ahead. As EA to this senior team, you must be highly organized, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills, with a true passion for working in a client-facing role. This is a driven and unified team where your contributions will truly matter, and you will be someone who wants to give exceptional support to their team.

As a key member of the EA team, you should have at least 6 years of EA experience supporting a high-energy and professional team, with a solid track record and minimal job changes. You should be comfortable working in the office over 5 days. You must be used to working at pace and be highly adaptable across complex, changing diaries and travel commitments.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Extensive calendar management for the Partner and two senior team members
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings and calls—high volume and across multiple time zones
  • Organizing international travel arrangements, including flights and accommodation
  • Willing to pitch in as needed within a collaborative working environment

This is a hugely exciting role where you will be supported and valued. The EAs have long tenure, making it a golden opportunity for someone with great energy, commitment, and drive who loves being an EA and is looking to step up and work for one of the leading Private Equity firms.

If you thrive in a dynamic environment, love a challenge, and are passionate about providing exceptional support, this is a must-have role!
