My client, a highly respected and exciting global investment group, are looking for a confident and polished Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be supporting two senior leaders and working alongside an experienced, boutique team. This is an Executive Assistant role for someone who enjoys being a trusted partner, anticipating needs, staying two steps ahead, and creating calm and order.

The role - Executive Assistant
  • Taking ownership of complex diaries and calendars, keeping priorities on track
  • Coordinating international and domestic travel with precision and foresight
  • Preparing polished documents, reports, and briefing packs for senior meetings
  • Acting as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting strategic projects and initiatives in collaboration with colleagues across the business
  • Planning and delivering events that reflect the organisation’s professional image
  • Providing occasional personal assistance to ensure a smooth work-life balance for the executives
You will/have - Executive Assistant
  • A minimum of 3 years\' experience in a similar EA or PA role
  • Proven track record of supporting senior executives or board-level leaders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport
