Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming technical support incidents and service requests.
  • Manage personal call queue for timely issue resolution.
  • Provide updates and maintain communication with customers.
  • Troubleshoot from password resets to complex server queries.
  • Escalate issues to 3rd Line Team when needed.
  • Collaborate with Engineers across Development and Technical Delivery.
  • Perform software builds and rebuilds on PCs and laptops.
  • Diagnose hardware faults and install upgrades.

Are you a technically minded problem solver with a passion for keeping systems running smoothly? We're looking for a Duty Technician to join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting the backbone of our supply chain operations.

This is a hands-on role where you'll manage technical support requests, maintain equipment, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy variety in your day-to-day tasks, we\'d love to hear from you.

What You\'ll Be Doing
  • Responding to incoming technical support incidents, service requests, and change tickets
  • Managing your personal call queue and ensuring timely resolution of issues
  • Providing clear updates and maintaining strong communication with customers
  • Troubleshooting everything from password resets to complex server queries
  • Escalating issues to the 3rd Line Team when needed
  • Collaborating with Engineers and internal teams across Development, Projects, and Technical Delivery
  • Performing software builds and rebuilds on PCs and laptops
  • Diagnosing and fixing hardware faults, and installing upgrades as required
  • Delivering top-tier customer service at every touchpoint
