We deliver health and fitness activities to students, staff and the local community, support recognised Oxford University Sports Clubs and lead the strategic direction of sport and physical activity within the Collegiate University. We are looking for a suitably experienced and qualified professional to join the Sports Department team as a Duty Manager working throughout the entire Complex at Iffley Road. As a senior member of operational staff, you will provide full support to the General Manager and team in leading the day-to-day operation of the Sports Complex and contributing to the delivery of quality service provision. Duty Managers work on a well-balanced shift rota which includes evenings, weekends and early mornings. Working hours are an average of 36.5 per week over a set 2-week shift pattern. Owing to the nature of this position, any offer of employment with the University will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Lead and support the day-to-day operation of the Sports Complex and contribute to the delivery of quality service provision. Provide full support to the General Manager and team in operational management.
