Overview

Progress into ops nice and quickly, mostly day times, only 2 evenings in service a week. Ideal for the admin number savvy GMs, wicked bonus structure

Responsibilities

• 3 days to focus on admin, 2 closing service shifts a week
• Fast progression into ops for this growing company
• Look after two restaurants, the newest is such a hot little spot - Home approved

Role and Scope

This little restaurant group has recently opened up their 2nd restaurant, and the plans don\'t stop there. 2 very different restaurants, both of exceptional quality, and a hyper cool bar. We are big fans, and think that this new restaurant is one to watch 100%.

Position

We are looking for a Dual Site GM to oversee both sites. You will be responsible for the business development, the figures, the managers, so we are hoping for a well experienced manager who is full of life, but kind and calm. You will be quickly developing into an Ops role, so this is such a great role for the ambitious managers out there.
