Job summary

A leading energy services company is seeking a Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer to join its Birmingham team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining gas and electricity smart meters, ensuring exceptional customer service. The position offers a competitive base salary of £45,000 plus bonuses, a fully equipped company vehicle, and opportunities for overtime. Ideal candidates will have relevant certifications and a minimum of two years' experience in meter installation.

Qualifications

• Experience in the installation of dual fuel smart meters for at least 2 years.
• Possession of relevant certifications including MET1, CMA1, and others.
• A valid Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Exchange gas and electricity smart meters in customers' homes.
• Deliver a first-class customer experience including meter usage demonstrations.
• Carry out repairs and maintenance on installed meters.
