A regional healthcare provider is seeking an experienced Domestic Supervisor to oversee cleaning services at the Liverpool location. This role demands supervision of cleaning staff to ensure adherence to high standards in a healthcare environment. Candidates must have a minimum NVQ Level 3 in leadership and relevant supervisory experience. The position is permanent and part-time, offering a salary ranging between £24,937 and £26,598 per annum, with the need for flexibility to cover staffing absences.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced supervisor to join the Domestic services department. The role of the domestic supervisor is critical in ensuring that the required standards of cleaning that are required within a healthcare environment are adhered to. A "can do" attitude is key. Knowledge and experience of supervising a cleaning service is essential and any such experience with healthcare would be beneficial. The ability to work as part of a large team is also essential as is the need for flexibility in order to meet the ever-changing needs of the service.
