The Role

You will gather full RdSAP evidence (non‑lodgement) and energy‑related data across a range of residential property types, supporting wider stock condition and compliance projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture full RdSAP evidence packs
• Photograph insulation, ventilation, heating systems and energy‑related components
• Input data into tablet/mobile systems
• Work professionally in occupied residential properties
• Support aligned stock condition programmes where needed

Requirements

• Fully accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA)
• Experience in household energy assessments
• Strong evidence and photo‑based documentation skills
• DBS check and driving licence required
