Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust is recruiting for a Domestic Assistant based at Bishops Castle Hospital. Working as a Domestic Assistant you will be maintaining the high levels of cleanliness throughout the hospital, whilst adhering to relevant policies and procedures.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individuals who are reliable, flexible, well organised, self-motivated, has good interpersonal communication skills and is able to work effectively alone and as part of a team.

Main duties of the job
  • Completing cleaning schedules on a daily basis.
  • Ensuring the correct use of mechanical cleaning equipment
  • Ensuring stock is maintained, ensure the correct use of cleaning materials.

Uniform, as provided, must be worn at all times in the hospital environment and must not be worn to and from work. A high standard of personal hygiene must be obtained.
