A leading construction firm is seeking a Document Controller in London to manage project documents and ensure compliance with quality standards. The role involves working with various EDMS systems like ALIM and Asite, and candidates should have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and document control practices. The position is office-based in Acton, three days a week, focusing on maintaining an efficient document filing system.
The Anthro joint venture between Egis and VVB Engineering will provide comprehensive turn-key services for London’s state-of-the-art HS2 gateway station at Old Oak Common. We have been awarded a multi-year contract to deliver MEPHFC (Mechanical, Electrical Public Health, Fire and Communications) systems works.
As a Document Controller, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth flow and organisation of project documentation. Working closely with the Document Controller Manager and design team, you will handle all aspects of documentation— registration, receipt, distribution, and issue. Your work will ensure the accuracy and compliance of all project documents, creating a well-maintained and accessible project filing system. You will oversee the organisation, quality checking, and distribution of critical project files to ensure the team’s access to updated information and maintain efficient document control.
You will be based in our office in Acton, London 3 days a week.
