Disrepair Supervisor / Case Handler needed in Bristol

Details

The rate is £271.57 per day PAYE

Responsibilities

• Manage the caseload for disrepair surveying team responsible for responsive repairs to the stock of dwellings, buildings and land managed by Landlord Services.
• Act as lead consultant providing expert witness advice and reports to a range of officers in relation to technical housing matters, including PAD applications, FOIs, SARs, EIR’s, Ombudsman reports, Disrepair claims, and complaints, and Accident Litigation claims.
• Court attendance to act as a witness for BCC to defend disrepair claims will be required as part of the role.
