Key Responsibilities

• Accurately dispense spectacles and lenses to all prescriptions

• Advise patients on frame styles, lens types and coatings based on their lifestyle and visual requirements

• Manage fittings, adjustments and minor repairs to ensure comfort and satisfaction

• Maintain clear and accurate patient records in line with GOC standards

• Support the wider team to achieve sales and service targets

• Help train and mentor junior members of staff where needed
