This post involves acting as continued PA for the Director of Primary Care. You’ll be at the centre of key policy areas, helping drive impactful decisions and smooth operations across the Directorate.

Responsibilities
  • The continued organisation and monitoring of the mailbox & diary of our Director, whilst continuing to act as ongoing PA. Leading on cross Directorate commissions - gathering evidence from teams across the Directorate along with our colleagues within both Digital Health and Pharmacy. Tailoring to share with DG Office & for advising Senior Management Team. With feedback delivered to relevant areas.
  • Ongoing lead on communications regarding information for specific roles and briefings, & the gathering of this information from Business Managers across the divisions to output the relevant information to unit heads/ policy team leads for awareness.
  • Ongoing assistance with Risk Register, Business Continuity and Business Plans.
  • Continued line management of administrator who assists with management of the Director's inbox, & temporarily manages one of our DD mailboxes, along with any ad-hoc tasks regarding L&D & Business Support.
