Job summary

A leading recruitment franchise is seeking an employee recruitment consultant to join their team. This role offers an opportunity to retain a high percentage of the fee income generated, allowing for significant financial flexibility and independence. You will be able to design your work-life balance around personal priorities while being a part of a supportive team. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record at the Consultant grade or higher and must embody resilience and adaptability in their approach to recruitment.

Your credentials :
  • You’ll have developed to Principal+ Consultant grade and have a proven track record in your region / discipline / portfolio / area of expertise (you could be a Director, AD, Associate, Principal or maybe even an excellent Senior)
  • Polished 360 degree recruiter
  • You’ll get our values and recognise the importance of these, for your success and for customer and collaborator experience
  • Resilience. To be a successful recruitment consultant you need to be able to turn setbacks into learning and motivation and the highs and lows are exacerbated when it’s your company and you are more invested in every outcome.
  • You’ll need to be financially secure enough to walk away from a salary and confident in the business plan.
