Our client is seeking an experienced Interim Strategic Development specialist to join them on a full-time contract.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contribute actively to the Council's strategic plans and policies, facilitating cultural change and organisational development, and fostering a shared purpose across the organisation by collaborating across departments as a member of the Senior Management team.
2. Regularly review and evaluate resource requirements to maintain essential service delivery and drive improvements, development, and efficiency.
3. Lead the Sustainable Development senior management team, overseeing aims, objectives, statutory obligations, and targets.
