Job summary

A respected charity organization in London seeks a confident leader to manage its UK and international programme portfolio. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll oversee strategic partnerships, strengthen operations, and manage a large team. The Role

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will:

• Lead the Foundation's UK and international programme portfolio.
• Manage a team of programme staff and a network of 500+ coaches.
• Strengthen operations across policy, risk, compliance, and systems.
• Oversee strategic partnerships with the ECB, MCC, counties, and international partners.
• Support governance, reporting and organisational strategy.

About You

We are seeking a confident leader with:

• Senior experience in programme or operations management, ideally in the charity or sport-for-development sectors.
• A proven ability to deliver complex programmes and manage teams.
• Strong operational knowledge across governance, compliance, and risk.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to inclusion and social impact.

Knowledge of cricket is helpful but not essential. International or sport-related programme experience would be advantageous.
