  • Experience of overseeing or managing an IT function, including strategic planning and digital transformation.

Your role will ensure robust financial planning and digital capability that empowers clinical teams and enhances patient care. By contributing to strategic decisions, you will help shape the future of hospice care across East Kent, enabling Pilgrims Hospices to remain sustainable, agile, and innovative. About You
  • Significant Financial Accounting experience, including leading in full year end close.
  • A proven track record of success in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience of leading and managing change projects.
  • Experience of producing a range of written and financial reports for a variety of different audiences.
  • Evidence of delivering planned outcomes, on time and within budget.
  • Experience of overseeing or managing an IT function, including strategic planning, systems development, digital transformation, or IT governance.
  • Experience of managing a major capital project valuable but not essential.
