A leading audio streaming service is seeking a Director, Head of Consumer Propositions, to lead packaging strategy for Premium offerings and develop global consumer propositions. Candidates should have over 8 years of experience in product marketing and a strategic mindset to drive growth. This role is flexible, with the option to work in London or remotely, requiring occasional in-person meetings.

We are now hiring for a Director, Head of Consumer Propositions, that will partner with cross-functional teams to design the propositions that underpins Spotify’s next chapter of growth: how we bundle content, differentiate experiences, and create locally relevant yet globally consistent offerings.
You’ll translate insight, innovation, and business strategy into tangible propositions and premium product experiences for consumers.
