About the opportunity

At 6sense, we’re rewriting the playbook for how B2B revenue teams win. The Director, Commercial Sales will lead our EMEA Commercial Sales organisation to new heights. Reporting directly to the SVP International, you’ll attract, coach, and inspire a world-class sales team that consistently outperforms ambitious targets and creates extraordinary outcomes for our customers. This is a high-visibility, career-defining role for a leader who thrives on building winning teams, shaping culture, and driving growth in a fast-moving, category-leading company.

What you’ll do
  • Attract, inspire, and develop a team of exceptional Commercial Account Executives.
  • Consistently outperform new business and expansion targets.
  • Design and scale playbooks that win, from opening doors to expanding our footprint within accounts.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success to unlock long-term value and drive expansion.
  • Collaborate with GTM Enablement, Marketing, and RevOps to sharpen execution and scale best practices.
  • Foster a winning, inclusive, and engaged team culture with high attainment and below-average regrettable attrition.
  • Model excellence in value-based selling to senior Commercial leaders (CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Sales, Demand Gen, RevOps).
What you’ll bring

Must-haves

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, including 4+ years leading high-performing teams.
  • Proven track record of recruiting, onboarding, and developing high performers.
  • Consistent history of driving teams to 90%+ attainment.
  • Mastery of value-selling methodology (e.g., Command of the Message, MEDDPICC).
  • Executive presence and success selling into senior business leaders.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership across CS, RevOps, Marketing, and Enablement.
  • Willing to work in-office a minimum of two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday).

Strongly preferred

  • Experience building Commercial sales motions in EMEA.
  • SaaS experience in high-growth environments.
  • Domain expertise in Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations technology.

Bonus

  • Multilingual capability to support EMEA growth.
  • Recognised industry thought leadership or track record scaling teams internationally.
