Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop Digital Skills across the school
  • Deliver engaging, high‑quality teaching to individuals and small groups
  • Track and evaluate pupil progress using data to drive improvement
  • Inspire outstanding teaching and learning in and beyond the classroom
  • Support and develop colleagues through collaboration and shared practice
  • Play a key role in the School Development Plan
  • Create stimulating, safe, and inclusive learning environments
  • Work closely with our multi‑professional team to ensure consistent support for pupils
