Join Our Innovative eHealth Team as a Digital Project Support Officer

Are you ready to make a real impact in the healthcare industry? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and forward-thinking Digital Project Support Officer to join our NHSGGC eHealth Strategy, Programmes & Innovation Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Team. Our team works at scale implementing digital solutions for 40,000+ staff across NHSGGC and beyond with partner organisations including Health & Social Care Partnerships.

As a Digital Project Support Officer, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals across the NHSGGC Board to develop cutting-edge digital technology that will revolutionise our services, creating a truly integrated and modern health and social care system.

In This Role, You Will

  • Work closely with the Project Lead and other team members to ensure the success of complex clinical and non-clinical technology solutions as outlined in the eHealth Digital Strategy (Digital on Demand - NHSGGC).
  • Schedule different parts of the project, coordinate its activities, and facilitate communication among project members.
  • Manage administrative tasks and utilise your technological skills to support the project manager and ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration Management or a diploma with relevant equivalent experience and knowledge (ideally in the NHS or a similarly complex public sector setting) or a minimum of 3 years relevant experience
