A global professional membership body is seeking a Digital Programme Manager to lead their digital transformation. This role involves defining governance, managing digital products, and ensuring delivery across teams. Candidates should have significant experience in digital programme delivery, budget management, and user experience. Salary: c£75,000 per annum based on experience and location
Location: London/Hybrid working
Hours: 35 hours per week, full-time, 18-month FTC
The Digital Programme Manager leads the definition, governance and delivery of RIBA’s Phase 2 digital transformation (2026–27), overseeing a portfolio of member, public and commercial digital products. The role ensures high-quality, secure and user-centred platforms are delivered on time and to value, coordinating cross-functional teams and suppliers while providing senior assurance, clear governance and measurable benefits that drive engagement, learning, awareness and income.
