Join us in shaping the future of AI innovation with Microsoft Azure! We are looking for a passionate and customer-obsessed Azure Solution Specialist to join our Digital Natives team in the UK. In this role, you will engage with some of the most innovative and disruptive start-ups and scale-ups, helping them unlock the full potential of Azure across key solution areas: Security, Developer Productivity, and Copilot Studio. As a trusted advisor, you will lead strategic customer engagements, drive solution envisioning and accelerate adoption of Azure services. You will work closely with Solution Engineers, partners and engineering teams to deliver business outcomes through secure, scalable and AI-powered cloud solutions. Your ability to connect business needs with technical capabilities to generate and accelerate pipeline will be instrumental in helping these fast-growing companies accelerate their growth and build the next generation of AI-native applications. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of Microsoft’s AI and cloud transformation, influencing how Digital Native customers build, secure and scale their solutions on Azure.

Preferred Qualifications:
Drive Customer Engagements: Lead customer conversations focused on Azure Security, Developer Productivity and Copilot Studio. Understand customer priorities and map them to Microsoft’s solution plays to drive value and differentiation.
Accelerate Solution Adoption: Own the sales strategy and execution for your territory. Activate solution plays such as “Secure the Cyber Foundation,” “Win Software Developers with GitHub,” and “Build with Copilot Studio” to accelerate customer adoption and usage.
Orchestrate Technical Teams: Collaborate with Cloud Solution Architects, Solution Engineers and Partners to deliver compelling demos, workshops, and proof-of-value engagements that showcase Azure’s capabilities.
Champion Security and Compliance: Help customers design secure architectures and adopt Microsoft’s security solutions, including Defender, Sentinel, and Entra, to protect their environments end-to-end.
Empower Developers: Promote GitHub and Azure DevOps to improve developer velocity, CI/CD practices, and secure code development. Guide customers in leveraging Copilot and Copilot Studio to boost productivity and innovation.
Leverage AI and Automation: Position Copilot Studio as a key enabler for business process transformation. Help customers build low-code/no-code solutions that integrate with Azure services and Microsoft 365.
Pipeline and Opportunity Management: Identify, qualify, and progress opportunities through the sales cycle. Use digital signals and AI-assisted insights to prioritise accounts and drive co-sell motions with partners.
Customer Success and Growth: Ensure customers realise value from their Azure investments. Drive consumption, renewals, and expansion by aligning solutions to business outcomes.
Continuous Learning and Enablement: Stay current on Azure innovations, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Share best practices and contribute to a culture of learning and collaboration.
