What you'll be doing:

As a Digital Merchandising Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our digital campaigns, ensuring flawless execution and an exceptional customer experience. You’ll manage merchandising plans for our digital channels, from briefing creative teams to building best-in‑class product pages. Your role will involve optimising performance using analytics tools, resolving service issues, and collaborating with global teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the online journey.

Key responsibilities3>
  • Managing campaign briefs and merchandising initiatives for digital channels.>
  • Creating and optimising product detail pages, setting up promotions, and uploading assets.
  • Monitoring on‑site performance using tools like Content Square and GA4 to improve results.
  • Resolving service recovery issues and ensuring smooth campaign execution.
  • Collaborating with the Global CRO team on testing and functionality improvements.
  • Acting as the key contact for creative reviews and sign‑offs.
