Job description

This strategic and hands-on role is ideal for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of three years’ experience in the fashion industry. You will lead the design, strategy, and delivery of digital marketing campaigns across the customer journey, ensuring all communication is creatively compelling, data-informed, and aligned with seasonal and monthly product launches and brand events.

This is a high-impact role, supporting up to three segmented email campaigns per week, a monthly product launch, and a series of high-volume brand activations across universities, festivals, events, and international campaigns. You will work closely with the Creative Director, Events Manager, and Marketing team to plan and execute a cohesive digital calendar, with the opportunity to make a measurable impact on customer engagement and brand growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Manage and implement email marketing strategy across welcome, abandoned cart, re-engagement, loyalty, and seasonal flows.
  2. Design and write high-impact marketing emails with a focus on storytelling, personalisation, and product launches.
  3. Collaborate with the Creative Director on messaging and visuals aligned with monthly fashion drops and editorial direction.
  4. Partner with the Events Manager to plan email communication and sign-up flows for over 60 live events, festivals, and a store opening.
  5. Manage sign-up forms and subscriber journeys for new collection notifications, events, and promotional campaigns.
  6. Build and maintain a rolling email marketing calendar aligned with product drops, activations, and experiential touchpoints.
  7. Deliver campaigns through Klaviyo, ensuring optimal segmentation and scheduling.
  8. Segment audiences using customer behaviour and Shopify data to craft relevant, tailored experiences.
  9. Analyse performance metrics, run A/B tests, and refine strategies based on open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and customer lifetime value.
  10. Ensure compliance with deliverability, data protection legislation, and best practices in data handling.

About You:

You are a commercially driven email marketing specialist with a passion for fashion, digital storytelling, and youth culture. You bring strong technical knowledge and creative flair to campaigns, thriving on creating meaningful customer experiences that foster loyalty and action. You are collaborative, enjoy planning, and have experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive marketing initiatives.

Your Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing within the fashion industry.
  • Proven success in direct-to-consumer environments, especially brands with regular product launches and events.
  • Experience designing, testing, and managing customer journeys and personalised communication flows.
  • Strong background in campaign strategy, email content creation, and digital performance analysis.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional marketing calendars.
  • Familiarity with launch communications, seasonal storytelling, and segmentation strategies.
  • Exceptional written English skills.
  • Highly proficient in Klaviyo.
