A leading charity focused on early years education seeks a dynamic digital marketing manager to oversee their digital communications and marketing strategy. This role requires proven expertise in digital marketing, project management, and the ability to create impactful digital resources. You will not only manage the website and social media but also contribute to the ongoing development of professional materials that enhance the Alliance's reach among its member settings.

The Early Years Alliance is the largest early years membership organisation and voluntary sector provider of quality affordable childcare and education in England. An educational charity, the Alliance represents the interests of over 14,000 member settings who deliver care and learning to over 800,000 families every year.
We are looking to recruit an experience and dynamic digital marketing manager to lead on the organisation's digital communications and marketing strategy and operations, including our website and intranet, social media and the ongoing development of professional digital resources and materials.
Interview process: 1st stage (additional information will be requested via email with a deadline given)
2nd stage (virtual interview with hiring panel if successful after 1st stage of the process)

Once established into the role there is an option for a hybrid-working arrangement which will consist of 2 days in the office and 3 days at home (usual office days are Tuesday and Wednesday).
