A successful and fast-growing financial technology company is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive (PPC & Paid Media) to join their creative, collaborative marketing team.

Role Details

This is a hybrid role - two days per week in their Central London office and three days per week working from home.

As a Digital Marketing Executive (PPC & Paid Media), working in a team of three, you will bring a passion for managing and optimising digital channels and enjoy building fresh digital strategies from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Executing and optimising pay-per-click and digital display campaigns across multiple platforms.
  2. Covering creative asset production, keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and performance monitoring.
  3. Supporting website development and SEO.
  4. Delivering direct communications such as email and in-app messaging.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in a digital marketing role, with hands-on PPC or digital advertising experience. You should have a good understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO principles, and Content Management Systems (CMS), along with familiarity with digital display advertising concepts.

Salary and Benefits

The salary on offer is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package including private healthcare, enhanced sick leave, maternity and paternity leave, a generous training budget, and wellbeing perks such as manicures, massages, and barber visits.
