A dedicated training provider in the UK is looking for a Digital Learning & Solutions Lead to modernise their digital offerings and improve learning efficacy in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital learning, effective stakeholder management skills, and experience in optimising learning management systems. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a salary of up to £43,000 plus a car allowance and other benefits.

As the Digital Learning & Solutions Lead, you’ll help elevate and improve digital learning across a well‑established automotive training academy known for delivering high‑quality training.
Your focus will be to modernise the digital experience - not just through standalone digital content, but by creating digital solutions that work seamlessly alongside face‑to‑face training.
This is a varied role that combines :
You’ll have plenty of autonomy to set the digital direction, with support from a capable team of training managers, instructional designers, learning designers and subject matter experts.
