Overview

Skanska, one of the world’s leading project development and construction groups, is an inclusive and responsible business that is helping to build a better society. We are looking for a Digital Engineer to join our Infrastructure team in Kent.

What you'll do:

  • To adhere to Skanska and Project BIM/CAD protocols and procedures.
  • Utilise data from differing sources, ensuring its suitability for use and incorporating into digital schemes as required.
  • Produce deliverables that meet the requirements of any Design Brief or Instruction within budget and deadlines.
  • Ensure all records, models, drawings and other data is kept in accordance with Department requirements and is always available to other team members.
  • Liaise with Team Designers to resolve issues of construction method and buildability as necessary.

Proactive approach with customers.

What you'll bring to the role:
  • Appropriate professional qualification to HNC or higher. Membership of (or working towards) a relevant Professional Organisation
  • Extensive experience working with 3D modelling software and ensure compatibility and compliance of deliverables
  • Thorough knowledge of BIM implementation on a project
  • Good communication & administrative skills
