We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Digital Content Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for adapting, creating, and optimizing digital content across multiple channels, including social media, email/CRM, websites, and digital advertising. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, experience in video and still editing, and a deep understanding of digital media trends.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Social Media & Video Production
  • Lead the creation of engaging social content, staying on top of trends to fuel social platforms
  • Edit short‑form and long‑form videos, optimizing them for various social media and digital formats.
  • Assist in still image editing, ensuring high‑quality visuals for all digital touchpoints.
  • Support social shoot production, including briefing, producing, directing, editing, and delivering final assets
  • Become a social expert within the skincare industry and share insights and learnings with key stakeholders
Content Creation & Adaptation
  • Adapt global brand assets for use across digital channels, ensuring consistency and engagement.
  • Create, design, and format digital content tailored for social media, email marketing, websites, and digital ads.
  • Edit and refine both video and still imagery to align with brand guidelines and platform requirements.
Asset & Content Management
  • Maintain and organize digital assets to ensure streamlined content management and accessibility.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure all content aligns with marketing strategies and brand messaging.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years' experience with digital content, client or agency side.
  • Able to demonstrate a portfolio of creative projects that delivered results.
Skills & Requirements:
  • TikTok and Instagram native and understands how to work with the algorithm
  • A social video editor who stays current in their style and likes to push bounties to get noticed
  • Proven experience in digital content creation, video editing, and social media content adaptation.
  • Strong knowledge of social media and advertising platforms, trends, and best practices, particularly TikTok, Instagram, Meta
  • Power user of the following: Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Familiar with: Video Editing Software: Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar
  • Prototyping Platforms: Figma, Sketch or similar
  • CRM, CMS & Email Marketing: Ometria, Amplience
  • Project Management Tools: Monday.com
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in asset management and content organization is a plus.
